Terms of Use

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Fetishzone. By registering, you confirm that you are an adult and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor.

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. Your username is public and never linked to your identity.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other members. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity. You agree not to post, share, or solicit content involving minors. You agree not to use the platform for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising. You agree not to share another member's personal information without their explicit consent.

4. CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading photos or other content, you grant Fetishzone a non-exclusive licence to display that content to other users on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Access to full platform features requires a paid subscription. All transactions are in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; you must manually renew upon expiry.

6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion. Banned users are not entitled to a refund of any remaining subscription period.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fetishzone is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or content posted by third parties.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
